Funds have been raised from individual contributions, government and foundation grants, and local business support including Feek Pharmacy, Ausable Family Dental, Casella Waste Systems, Luck Bros. Ward Lumber, Cold Spring Granite, Stewarts, Community Bank, Maggy Pharmacy, and others. This has enabled us to replace all the windows, upgrades in heat and electrics and create multi-purpose gathering spaces - an art gallery and dance studio, so Tahawus is now a year-round hub of activity. Progress continues at the rate of funding.

Volunteers: Our energetic volunteer corps - of all ages - donate labor, skills, ideas, products, in a range of activities, from grimy to glamorous, including painting, skilled artisan contributions, recycling activities, to gardening and plantings, minor repairs, to organizing fun(d)raisers and solicitations, gallery sitting, and otherwise engaging the community.
